Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Tracking available
Note: We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium sportswear quality. If you’re not completely satisfied, follow our simple returns process:
Eligibility
You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order if they meet these conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on vests and underwear unless they are faulty. All other products (hoodies, polo shirts, shorts, t-shirts, tracksuits, trousers & joggers) are eligible for returns.
How to Return
Follow these steps for a smooth returns process:
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your return request
- Complete the return form (template provided below) and include it with your package
- Package items securely in original packaging when possible
- Ship your return to our London address (provided in your return authorization email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We happily exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability):
- Indicate your preferred exchange in your return request
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll pay the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, we’ll refund the difference
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns: Mark packages as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund original order customs fees.
