Returns & Exchanges Policy

At JOMAR Clothing Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium sportswear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on vests and underwear unless they are faulty. All other products in our collection (hoodies, polo shirts, shorts, t-shirts, tracksuits, trousers & joggers) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Complete the return form (template provided below) and include it with your package
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return to our London address (provided in your return authorization email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference; if lower, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund.

For international returns (outside UK), please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund any customs fees paid on the original order.
